SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Tracking of Orders

Your order will be shipped via FedEx (www.FedEx.com) within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. We ship parcels by priority airmail. Once your order has been shipped, we send a notification to the email provided at check out with the package tracking number.

 

Shipping time

Shipping time varies by destination country.

Shipping times are approximately 3 working days to Greece, 8-10 working days for EU residents and 10-15 working days for non-EU customers.
If you need expedited delivery, please contact us.


Shipping Address
We ship to the address you provide at check out, unless you specify otherwise. Please ensure your address is correct before purchasing as we cannot be held responsible for products sent to an incorrect address.

International clients and custom fees
Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility and we recommend that you check this before placing your order so there are no surprises.

Return and Exchange Policy

In case you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change your order as you wish, provided the order has not already been shipped.

In case you are not happy with the product you purchased for any reason, please contact us at info@anweva.com before sending the product back. The buyer has seven working days from the date of delivery to return the product for a refund. Please note that the product should be sent back to us in its original condition. Once we receive it, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
